Ok, so you forgot your password. So what. These days we have so many passwords on so many web sites, it's not surprising. Enter your user name, and we will reset your password to a randomly generated string of letters and numbers, and send it to you via email. Once you get the message, log back in using the new password. Then you can either keep the new password (write it down if you really have to) or set it to something different.

Now, in order to make sure you really are who you say you are, we ask you to enter both your user name, and your email address. Make sure you use the email address that is in our records, otherwise it won't work.
