Hammer is a plug-in for Eclipse which allows a programmer to draw a diagram which is then used to generate PHP code to run a web site. Hammer only generates the framework for your application. The result is a web application that provides basic CRUD operations for each table you defined in the model. As time goes on, more capabilities will be added to the code generator so that more complex behaviour can be modeled.
Hammer is currently in early incubation, but when it is at the point where it is useful, it will be released using an open source license.
